• Gentamicin (as Sulfate) ……………… 2.5 g
• Excipients.qsp …………………………. 100 g

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Prevention:

Pig:

• 1g/1 liter or 2g/kg of feed. Using constantly 2-3 days

Poultry:

• 1.5g/1 liter or 3g/kg of feed. Using constantly 2-3 days

Treatment:

• Using double dosage.
• Using constantly 3-4 days.

Withdrawal time:

5 days before slaughter.

Attention:

• Do not use for animals sensitive to any ingredients in drug
• Do not exceed the given prescription without veterinarian consultant.

Storage:

• Store in dry, cool place.
• Stay away from direct light or heat exposure
