COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
- Gentamycin sulfate……………………………32 mg
- Tylosin tartrate……………………………………40 mg
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
- For oral administration at the following dose
- Poultry: 1ml / 1liter of drinking water, twice a day, during 3 – 5 days.
- Note: Medicated water should be used within 24 hours.
Withdrawal time:
- Meat: 5 days,
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Do not administer in case of hypersensitivity to Gentamycin and/or Tylosin.
- DO NOT USE OVER DOSE.
STORAGE:
- Store in a cool, dry place under 30°C. Stay away from direct sunlight.
