• Colistin sulfate ……………….. 40.000.000 UI
• Excipients qsp …………………………. 1.000 g

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

• Mix with drinking water or feed at the following dosage:

Small poultry:

• 1gr/1 kg body weight or 3gr/liter of drinking water or 6gr/kg of feed.

Large poultry:

• 1gr/2 kg body weight or 2.5gr/liter of drinking water or 5gr/kg of feed.
• Use continuously for 3-5 days.
• For disease prevention, use ½ the above dose during the changing seasons or every 15-20 days.

Attention:

• Do not use for animals sensitive to any ingredients in drug.
• Do not exceed the given prescription without veterinarian consultant.

Storage:

• Store in dry, cool place.
• Stay away from direct light or heat exposure
