COMPOSITION:

Gentamycin …………………. 1 600 mg
Tylosin ………………………….. 2 000 mg
Solvent qs ………………………… 100 ml

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Use 1ml / 2 – 4kg body weight.
Intramuscular injection.
Use in 3 – 5 days.

Attention:

Do not exceed the stated dose.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place temperature under 30oC, stay away from direct light.
Punched vial should be used within 28 days.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children
